We have fourteen members of staff altogether, six of which hold the 'NVQ Level 3 Qualification - Diploma in Pre-School Practice' or equivalent. One member of staff holds the 'NVQ Level 2 Qualification - Certificate in Pre-School Practice' and one member of staff holds the qualification 'Introduction to Pre-School Practice'.

Many of our staff are qualified First Aiders specialising in children and babies and hold the Chartered Institute of Environmental Health - Food Hygiene certificate. All staff attend regular training courses.

There are a minimum of five members of staff on duty each morning to maintain a staff:child ratio of about 1:5. One member of staff will be your child’s own Key worker, so you can be sure that your child will be well cared for.
